Unfortunately, I have to leave this opinion Our little dog and I came to Piekary with unusual symptoms. The rabbit was peeing a strange pink-red color and was banging against the walls and the cage. It was Wednesday then. A 2-year-old pet. Mrs. Karolina and Mrs. Presilla said that the urine was strange, they asked if the rabbit had eaten some marker in that color. She was then left on a drip. The next day we went again and an ultrasound of the abdomen was done and X-rays were taken along the length and breadth of the rabbit Another drip, medicines. It was getting worse. Unfortunately, a full blood and urine test was not performed. The rabbit apparently had cystitis. On Saturday, the doctor administered another drip and it was better, the animal even ate 2 plantain leaves. During the night, the bunny had such an attack that she hit the walls again. On Sunday, Mrs. Karolina took the cannula out of his ear, gave him injections and, just in case, a medicine for the EC virus. That's what it said on the visit note. Unfortunately, due to the fact that tests for the virus had not been done earlier, and apparently they are good at treating rabbits, our beloved long-eared owl passed away in agony, his head and entire body were twisted. She fought for every breath. The rabbit died in his daughter's arms. If the virus had been treated earlier, the animal would have lived. Unfortunately... they didn't try, they didn't know enough. I will never go there with any animal!!!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. After the last poorly performed treatment, I decided that it would be a waste of my energy to vent my complaints on the Internet, but today I am forced to post such an opinion to warn others against treatment in this office. Once again, the wrong diagnosis was made and, as a result, our dogs were treated inappropriately. The doctor said that from the symptoms we presented, our dogs had a sick stomach and most likely they ate something that was harmful to them. After administering the medicines, the dog still felt bad, coughed, vomited, and, following the doctor's recommendations, the dog did not eat all day. To sum up, none of the symptoms disappeared after following the doctor's recommendations. We went to consult the diagnosis in another office and it turned out that the drugs were not supposed to work because the dog had kennel cough and tracheitis. My question is, how can you treat a dog for stomach problems when the dog has tracheitis and kennel cough? I am very disappointed with your actions, because the dog was still suffering after the medication. The cost of the visit is PLN 200. When it comes to undemanding treatments such as giving a specific injection for a specific disease, I recommend it, because you are great at it. Otherwise, I advise you to avoid this office.

I recommend it very highly. The office is very nicely decorated and well-equipped. The doctor showed great knowledge, empathy for animals and patience in answering our lay questions. In recent days, our long-eared family member, who has been with us for over 8 years, began to have very disturbing symptoms. We came to the Dog-torek office in Piekary Śląskie on the spot, due to the situation - without making an appointment. Despite this, the animal was examined and diagnosed very thoroughly with great professionalism and commitment. Unfortunately, it turned out that the case was serious and life-saving surgery was necessary. The risk is high due to the age, advancement and - I think - size of our little one. Since there was practically no choice, we decided to go. The date was set quickly and in two days, with heavy hearts, we left Milka for the procedure, staring at our phones, hoping for good news. This one also came. Thanks to the mastery, commitment and professionalism of Mrs. Karolina, supported by Mrs. Małgosia, Milka is with us to this day. He feels great and is happily experiencing his golden rabbit years with us. Previously, we had the opportunity to use the help of Mrs. Presilla. And we also experienced a lot of empathy, professionalism, willingness to help, commitment and fight for our Maniek's health. It's incredibly motivating that there are veterinarians so dedicated to their work. Thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending the Dog-torek office, especially to guardians of miniature rabbits and those with larger ears.

I highly recommend the office, very friendly atmosphere, the staff always returns my calls, from the first visit I felt that I had come to the right place with my dog and despite the fact that I am from Katowice where I have my own vet at home, I come to Piekary for specialized dermatological treatment. Dr. Zana took great care of my pet, she immediately recognized the ailment (2 previous doctors failed to recognize it), implemented appropriate treatment and after 4 months of fighting, the dog is cured. I was always given many valuable tips regarding care and substantive explanations made me believe in the success of the treatment. I am grateful for everything, thank you Dr. :)
